Today I was approved for an auto loan and Sara assisted me with this. I just want to tell you how helpful, friendly and personable she is. I love this credit union, they simply have great staff and have been extremely helpful every time I have walked through the door. Therefore if you are looking for a nice place to do banking needs I really would suggest trying them out.

I received your brochure about the AAA discount for Metro Shores. I gave them a call and they were able to give me an over the phone quote that was less than what I was paying with 21 Century Ins. My wife and I took out a used car loan with MetroShores this week at a great rate. I just have to say Michelle was great in putting the loan together for us and working with our schedules in closing the loan before the Holiday. It’s great knowing I can always receive the same great experience from everyone on your staff.
It seems like everyone nowadays is always talking about the fees that big banks are charging along with how the banks always make them feel like a number. I just laugh because we never have to worry about that with our Credit Union. I’ve been a member close to 20 years, and I’m always telling everyone how great my Credit Union is and how we always get a friendly smile from everyone at your branch, low rates & fees, and awesome service!

As a former seminarian, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and currently serving as a Delta Flight Attendant for over 15 years,I KNOW exceptional public service characteristics and delivery. Please know this letter serves seperate commendations for both ladies above (though I chose to write one letter).
Both are PERSONABLE (not "just professional") each and every time I visit or call MSCU. That is a rare service quality these days and both demonstrate this quality EVERY encounter! I am a detail-oriented person and appreciate great service!

I would like to applaud Metro Shores for the excellent service we received on July 20, 2010. Two of your employees at the Trenton office, Roberta and Stephanie V. were outstanding in their dedication to dealing with my parents. They were professional and compassionate while discussing issues regarding problems with predators who hound the elderly to get information on bank accounts. Your employees spent almost 2 hours rectifying the situation and displayed the utmost patience and good humor. Please reward them and thank them for us. - Bonnie
